I recently visited Toyota Richmond Hill, and I had an excellent experience with their customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I am so happy to know a great & wonderful person Mr. Said Tehrani. He is very patient and understanding of customer’s needs. The sales team was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The service department was also efficient and courteous. My appointment started on time, and the staff kept me updated throght Overall, Toyota Richmond Hill provided top-notch customer care. I met with Edison in sales who was incredibly knowledgeable about the model of Toyota that I was interested in. Edison was extremely helpful and flexible coming in on his day off to meet with us. The day we picked it up he spent 3 hours with us setting everything up and we forgot to pick up our paperwork and ownership. Edison drove to our home and dropped it all off on his own initiative! Although I didn't buy anything or make any decisions, I had a great conversation with Edison Chen who answered all of my questions and concerns. He showed a lot of patience and educated me on the process. He was very knowledgeable. The showroom was very clean and I like that it was quiet and not cluttered. The receptionist was very courteous and the wait time to meet with a sales associate was minimal. I had a great experience and never felt pressured to buy anything. My experience was great. View Less

Loved our experience at Richmond Hill Toyota, we ended up purchasing a RAV 4 Hybrid with Yuri’s help. Throughout the process, Yuri was incredibly kind, thorough and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and we took many of the great suggestions he had as he guided us through the purchase. Not to mention, he was extremely patient with us. During the process of waiting for our car, we decided we wanted to change the color we ordered and he was extremely responsive. He was quick to make the change and in the end, our swap did not affect the delivery date of our car! We are really appreciative of his support and highly recommend his service! View Less

He was patient when explaining some of my issues with my car and was very willing to assist. We were still having issues and Ronald went out of his way to speak to his manager for me and he was able to order the part and fix it free of charge! They washed my car at the end both visits. Amazing customer service from the sales team at this dealership. Came in unsure of what model of tundra to purchase Kris was very informative and was able to show me comparisons of each model they had available. Kris was very patient with me as I wasn’t sure of model or colour I liked .
